Club Objectives

The objects of the Society are:

(a) To become and remain registered with the Guild.

(b) To further the interests of enrolled students.

(c) To assist new students with orientation to the University.

(d) To encourage and promote cooperation between the Society and other Student societies.

(e) To do all things that are necessary and proper for the benefit and advancement of the Society and the Guild.

(f) The Nutrition and Dietetics Student Association (NADSA) is a club in the Curtin Student Guild, for not only nutrition and dietetic students to come together but also to allow any student who may be interested in these fields to gain insight. The aim of NADSA is to conduct fundraising events for the dietetic students completing their placement in rural communities. NADSA is also a social network and voice for students, particularly those enrolled in the Bachelor of Science (Nutrition), Masters (Dietetics) and the double degree BSc(Health Promotion)/(Nutrition) within the Nutrition & Dietetics Programs, School of Public Health (SoPH). NADSA also currently holds both a facebook and instagram page to promote activities held by NADSA, updates about nutrition and dietetic related activities both at Curtin and in the community as well as fun and interesting news in regards to nutrition and health.
